Working together, the Operational Team collectively supports and enables our Access to Care, GP Out of Hours and Mobile Response teams. They are supported in return with full training, ongoing development and excellent rewards.
Each service is structured with Team Leads, who deliver services that are well-led, safe, effective, responsive and caring.
