Our Urgent Care Call Handlers play a central supporting role across our integrated care services.
This means providing a professional, responsive point of reference for health and social care professionals and juggling a variety of support functions as directed by the Urgent Care Coordinator.
It’s a busy, dynamic role. If you’ve got great communication, telephone and keyboard skills, and can prioritise tasks and workloads, all while maintaining the highest standards and meeting tight deadlines, you could be amazing here.
