Many of our Mobile Carers come to us without any experience of working in the care field. What they do all bring, however, is a willingness to learn, an understanding of care and an eagerness to enjoy a job that’s more rewarding than most.
In every case, we provide the training and development opportunities that help them provide the best possible service to our customers.
Our Mobile Carers are calm and confident when it comes to visiting people at home, to help in a crisis or give ongoing care, support and reassurance, whatever the time of the day or night. Alerts can be triggered by a fall, flood, equipment failure, failure to take medication, palliative care or a request for help.
Mobile Carers are supported by the wider clinical team, who provide advice and guidance whenever needed.
