• Why did you choose to work for us?

  I have admired Medvivo whilst working alongside the organisation for some time and like the ethos the company portrays.

  The team is fantastic and I wanted the opportunity to work for an organisation I could be really proud of, that always puts the patient first. 

• What work did you do before you joined us?

  I have worked in urgent care with a focus on 111 for the past 7 years, most recently as an Assistant Regional Director being operationally responsible for the IUC (Integrated Urgent Care) service in South West London. 

• What do you like most about working here?

  The people I work with are always there for you to contact and have been incredibly supportive. 

  There is a real team feel to Medvivo with great energy. 

• What has been your biggest achievement?

  My career to date really – I have worked in various roles and am proud of where I am today.

• What challenges do you face in your role?

  It is a very busy and fast paced environment which constantly evolves and we need to keep ahead of the game. 

• What makes someone successful here?

  Having the right attitude, being committed, patient-focused, with a good work ethic and team spirit. 

• How are you supported in your role?

  I feel supported by everyone who I have so far encountered at Medvivo, from the front line team all the way up to the Executive Management team. 

• What would you say to someone who is thinking of working for us?

  I would advise them to not think any further and come and join the team.
