I was in the Royal Marines and previous to that at Sixth Form.
I look after the support and infrastructure across Medvivo and HealthHero.
I like the freedom I have to get work done and workin on projects of various sizes and complexity.
I've progressed through many roles - starting at Call Handler and currently being Head of Technical Operations.
As a small to medium sized business often the workload can be high as many staff members fill multiple roles. Having good teams willing to help out around me has made the workload more manageable. I am sure this can be said for many staff members.
Medvivo has proven over the years that if staff members are willing to work hard then there are many opportunities to progress.
I have strong support from both my line manager and team around me. Members of the Executive Management Team are approachable and available if required.
Flexibility in hours stretches across the business and isn’t just associated with Operational teams. I am able to work from home on occasion or adjust my working hours if required.
Medvivo has a family organisational feel but also a professional one. It provides staff members with opportunities to further their career if they wish.
Medvivo is a positive place to work with a good support network. There are possibilities to further yourself and expand your knowledge and skills.
