About the role:

You will be at the heart of our Urgent Care team and be ensuring the best possible care is delivered in this diverse and exhilarating role. It can be extremely busy at times and you will thoroughly enjoy this environment where no two days are the same.

  • Supporting the Urgent Care Coordinators to provide a quality and professional service.
  • Providing a professional and responsive central point of reference to health and social care professionals.
  • Carrying out additional support functions as directed by the Urgent Care Coordinator.

Excellent communication, telephone and keyboard skills

Ability to prioritise workloads

Working well within tight deadlines

Ability to follow instructions, procedures and protocols.

Use your knowledge and intuition to support outstanding patient care.

If you can bring all of the above then we’ll provide all of the training and on-going development you need to be confident and comfortable in your role. As our operation runs around the clock, 365 days of the year, you’ll need to bring a flexible approach to working hours because our rolling shift patterns include days/weekends, overnights and Bank Holidays.
