The IT team provides technical support for Medvivo Group across all locations. We are seeking an Application Support Administrator with proven experience of customer facing support, knowledge of IT CRM systems, and excellent communication skills.
As a first point of contact for DoctorLink application users, you’ll offer a professional and efficient service, ensuring that any issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
You will work effectively both alone and as part of a team; with the ability to be flexible, work on your own initiative and also adhere to agreed timescales.
The hours of work for this role are 25 per week and these can be worked flexibly between Monday and Friday. The salary is up to £17,500 per year (pro rata) depending on experience.
The role is based at our head office in Chippenham, conveniently located in attractive surroundings with easy access to the M4.
