Our people and technologies manage the risks of independent living by remotely monitoring lifestyle changes and identifying real-time emergencies.
Aided by sensors that can monitor environmental risks such as smoke, flood or gas, and by monitoring personal risks like falls, fits, fire or floods, our Customer Care Advisors respond by contacting nominated family, friends, carers or emergency services. We also go further to offer reassurance through regular phone contact and a reminder service for medication and appointments.
