Providing the vital, professional and personal point of contact between patients and the medical team, our Out of Hours Receptionists play a vital role in delivering a streamlined, efficient service.
The central contact at both community hospitals and Primary Care Centres, our Receptionists also collate and record information on the relevant computer software. They identify the appropriate assistance required and guide patients to the right care accordingly.
If you have excellent communication skills, have intuition and have the ability to develop knowledge to help provide outstanding patient care, you can do amazing things here as part of our great team.
You’ll also need a flexible approach to working a variety of shifts, all of which are out of hours and include nights, weekends and bank holidays.
