Our Customer Care Advisors work at the heart of our operations as a central point of contact for all Telecare and GP Out of Hours service calls.

Answering and responding promptly to calls requires flexible, can-do team players who are confident about using the technology and calm even when the caller is not.

If you can bring these qualities, we’ll give you all the training you need to be confident in the role and look ahead to even more career potential.

The role of Telecare Team Lead is awarded based on competency, skills and experience. All call advisors are encouraged to follow a career development plan with a view to progressing to this more senior role in the Telecare team.
